Pricing
All orders are custom made and individually priced.  Pricing can vary based on flavors, fillings, number of servings, design and details.  For more accurate pricing, please submit the form on the Contact Page.  Pricing is subject to change at any time without advance notice.  Estimates are valid for 48 hours and may be subject to change thereafter.
Cake Pricing
Buttercream cakes start at $6 per serving

​Fondant covered cakes start at $7 per serving

Decorated Cookies
Custom Cookies start at $60 per dozen.  Pricing can vary based on design, colors, size and packaging.  Minimum order is 2 dozen cookies with 2 designs per dozen.  Additional fees may apply for more than 2 designs per order.

TERMS, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
 

FOOD ALLERGY INFORMATION. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, coconut, soy, cocoa, fruits, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold Sherry's Sweets-n-Eats harmless and not at fault for allergic reactions.

LIABILITY. While we take our responsibility very seriously, there may be some extreme conditions, such as accidents, inclement weather, or pandemics, which may prevent us from fulfilling our obligation. Please keep your contact information and alternate contacts up to date so that we may notify you of any situation that may have occurred or may be anticipated. With good communication, there is a much better chance of working out a reasonable solution to any situation.

DESIGN. We strive to decorate the exact cake and dessert design you want. Please keep in mind that it is a food based art and may be subject to slight variation and/or errors by the creator. The end result will never be absolutely perfect, but we will do our best to provide you the design you have requested. We will make every effort to match swatches of material or other color examples you provide as closely as possible, however, some colors simply cannot be recreated in frosting and may not be a perfect match.

REFUND POLICY. A full refund will be issued if we fail to deliver your cake or desserts on the date and time window of the activity. If a customer provides the wrong date, time, or address for delivery, a refund will not be issued. Our liability is limited to the contracted value of the cake or desserts. If the cake or dessert does not meet your expectations, we will give you a refund, minus a fifteen percent (15%) for the cancellation fee. If we give you a refund, you cannot keep the cake or dessert items. You will only receive the refund if you refuse to accept the cake or desserts at pick up or on delivery. We will not negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake or desserts. This is a "take it or "leave it" policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing your cake or desserts. Flavor and texture are subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake or desserts has been accepted will not be honored. Our cakes and desserts are exceptionally moist. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture, color, or shape due to weather conditions.

PAYMENT METHOD. Form of payment accepted are cash, money order, personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx), PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp. Please make all checks payable to [Sherry Prado (owner/operator)]. We will accept personal checks ONLY for the initial deposit. If your check bounces, you are responsible for all fees incurred by Sherry's Sweets-n-Eats and may have your order cancelled. Valid identification is required for payments with personal checks and credit cards.
CANCELATIONS: 
If you notify us of a cancellation sixty (60) days or more prior to the event, we will refund half of your deposit. No refunds of the deposit will be given if you cancel your order less than sixty (60) days prior to the event. However, we appreciate you giving as much notice as possible and if we are able to re-book your date (subject to availability), we will apply half of the amount of your un-refunded deposit to a future event.

BALANCE. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated, or the Contract is null and void, and of no further force and effect, and the deposit will not be refunded. For weddings, the due date for the remaining balance is (2) months prior the event. For all other events, the due date for the remaining balance is (2) weeks prior to the event. 

CHANGES. (2) months before the wedding date, or (2) weeks before all other events is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least a seventy-two (72) hour notice is required (subject to availability If the new date is not available, then your order is considered cancelled and no refund will be given.)

DELIVERY. A Delivery and setup charge of ($1.50) per mile (roundtrip) will be assessed. It is your responsibility to make sure that the reception hall is open and available for setup at the appointment time. Should we have to wait at the site for the hall to be opened, you will be billed for the time incurred at an hourly rate of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per hour. Should you change the time or location of the reception, notify Sherry's Sweets-n-Eats immediately. We will not be responsible for the cake being late due to these last minute changes or changes we were not notified of.

SETUP. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and an optimal room temperature of seventy two (72) degrees or below.

NON-EDIBLE DECORATIONS. If natural flowers are provided by an outside source, we will arrange them, however, You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, chemicals, toxins, or other contaminants. You are responsible for making sure all non-edible items (fresh flowers, silk flowers, ribbons, rhinestones, brooches, etc you have requested on your cake as decoration are removed from the cake before it is cut and served. When choosing a topper, please take into consideration its weight, balance, and the fact that it will be sitting on top of a soft cake. Sherry's Sweets-n-Eats is not responsible for any damages to the cake or the topper should it fall off the cake or sinks into it.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. If you or a representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Sherry's Sweets-n-Eats possession. We are not responsible for any shortage of cake caused by a guest, caterer, or any other person not employed by Sherry's Sweets-n-Eats. Should any damage be incurred to the cake, we might be able to repair it on site for an additional charge.

PHOTOGRAPHS. We reserve the right to take and use our own photos of your cake(s) to use for marketing and promotional purposes, including advertising and promotion through our marketing partners, without compensation to you. We may also request photographs from your photographer for the same purpose, again without compensation to you, though we may be able to credit the photographer in some marketing if agreed by us and the photographer.
